PROJECT: Boosting B cell Immunity to SARS-CoV-2 with vaccine adjuvants. The group will test vaccine adjuvants and combinations thereof in humanized mice that produce fully human antibodies, determine the antibody repertoire, and produce monoclonal antibodies for functional testing.
