This session will provide an overview of Phase 1 clinical trials, including dose-limiting toxicities, maximum tolerated dose determination, and commonly used trial designs such as the 3+3 design, Continual Reassessment Method (CRM), and Bayesian Optimal Interval (BOIN) design. Basic statistical knowledge is sufficient for attendance.
We encourage faculty, staff, students, and researchers interested in clinical trial design to attend.
